HACCP Board

The HACCP is a public body, politic, and corporate, duly organized and existing pursuant to Maryland Housing Cooperation Law. The responsibilities of the HACCP Board of Commissioners include establishing governance and financial matters relating to HACCP housing program/s. The Board consists of five individuals, which are appointed by the Mayor of the City of College Park. The Housing Authority is a separate entity with no connection to the City of College Park Government except for Board appointments.

Meeting Schedule

The HACCP Board of Commissioners generally meets the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the HACCP Administration Building, which is located at 9014 Rhode Island Ave. College Park, MD 20740. Please note the Board takes recess the month of August.
